You are invited to participate in a research study on health behaviors and community needs in the Punjabi-American community. This study is conducted by Harman Singh Sidhu, Department of Ethnic Studies, University of California, Berkeley.
Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may stop at any time by closing the browser. There is no penalty for not participating.
This survey is completely anonymous. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or IP address. All data is transmitted via encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on a secure, password-protected database.
This study is not affiliated with any immigration agency, law enforcement, or government body. Your responses will never be shared with any such entity.
